The 2016 Senior High School Entrance Examination is upcoming. In order to relieve students’ mental stress, effectively adjust psychological states ahead of time and go all out for the exam, during the 3rd&4th classes on 23rd, May, Anqing Foreign Language School’s Politics Department teachers Lu Fei& Xu Lihong from the west campus respectively proceeded lectures on psychological guidance entitled ‘I’m Ready, 2016!’ & ‘Counseling Psychology Prior to the Entrance Examination for Secondary School’ for all Grade 9 students.
Initially, with regard to bewilderment& annoyances that students faced, teacher Lu Fei analyzed the reasons behind pre-exam anxiety in addition to how to regulate mentality& grasp scientific methods for exams in combination with real cases of her many years in teaching. Lu Fei’s sense of humor and passion led a favorable role in relieving students’ anxieties.
Additionally, teacher Xu Lihong cleared students’ doubts and fortified their confidence in Senior High School Entrance Examination by means of several sessions as follows: how to solve contradictions in parent-offspring relationship during the exam, the secret success in the exam as well as emergencies in the examination rooms.
In summary, the lecture concluded with the MV ‘Hello, Tomorrow’, all having high morale and enthusiastic spirits.
